THE SKILL, passion and ingenuity of chefs from all corners of Estonia are being celebrated in an exciting new cookbook which feature recipes most of which can be easily created at home.
25 Best Chefs Estonia is a stylish, fully illustrated book which showcases recipes from some of the country’s best chefs and is published in Estonian and English, making the book a perfect gift
And for the first time it means that even the most inexperienced cooks will be able to enjoy easy-to-create restaurant standard food in their own kitchens.
Many of the chefs included have worked across the world before returning to their home country, working their way up through the ranks or training in Michelin star establishments.
Others share inspirational stories about their journey in hospitality, becoming chefs because they weren’t academic and it was the only career choice open to them.
The book includes recipes which appear side by side with stunning photography, featuring many of Estonia’s best loved ingredients and shows the influence many of the creators have taken from favourite family and traditional dishes.
For Peter Marshall the book has been a real labour of love and he is delighted with the end result.
