The skill, passion and ingenuity of chefs from all corners of the Ukraine are being celebrated in an exciting new cookbook which feature recipes easily created at home.

25 Best Chefs - Ukraine is a stylish, fully illustrated book which not only showcases recipes from some of the country’s best chefs, but also shares their favourite ingredients and their view of the country’s food future. 

The book includes recipes which appear side by side with stunning photography, featuring many of the Ukraine’s best loved ingredients and shows the influence many of the creators have taken from favourite family and traditional dishes.

At the same time the cookbook also recognises Ukraine’s fast-growing wine industry, with each recipe drink paired by Ukrainian sommelier Anna Peker,
