Pulled together during lockdown, feast with purpose has been published in partnership with chef and social entrepreneur, Simon Boyle and Chef Media, publishers of Yes Chef Magazine.

Simon is the man behind Beyond Food Foundation, and the social enterprise restaurant, The Brigade Bar + Kitchen, which gives those who have found themselves homeless an opportunity to have a career in the hospitality industry

Beyond Food has designed a new trailblazing programme called Hospitality Made Again. That will creatively help people re-image and reignite their careers within this amazing world of hospitality.
