This book is recognised as one of the most important recipe books published recently and contains 141 recipes from 124 of the most highly regarded chefs around the world.

All the recipes included in the book were initially featured in Chef magazine and this compendium of recipes include many signature dishes from chefs including the late great Michel Roux and Paul Bocuse as well as Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller to name but a few.
